Returns

If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Service at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper.

Refund Amount

Please note $7.00 for processing will be deducted from your refund amount. You will then receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. Based on the policies of your financial institution, refunds may take up to a full billing cycle to reflect the credit in your account.

Well made and fit Great

I'm very short and so this cropped length with a 26.5 inch inseam are full length pants on me. It's nice not having to pay someone to shorten my jeans. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 Is that they don't have a silky lining like most dress pants do. I wish they would offer all of their non-denim pants in navy rather than just black and gray. I don't look good in black tops, but I wear lots of navy tops. . I used to work at a designer clothing store, where I learned that everyone looks good in navy, but not everyone can wear navy.
